Izaiah Conkel is 3 yrs. old and is being admitted to SOMC. He started vomiting and running a fever of 103, blood work was done and they found his WBC was extremely high. His CT scan showed enlarged lymph nodes in his groin area. The doctors said that is a sign of infection, but they haven't been able to find the infection yet.

Stuff Easter Eggs--Stockport Church of Christ on Thursday, March 25Th at 6:30 pm (everyone is welcome to help)

I called Sharon Travis (559-2725) today. Mt. Olivet is in charge this year. Sharon is heading it up. They are asking our church and Tabor church of Christ for the following:

Candy, individually wrapped to fill 5000 eggs.
Jars of Peanut butter & Jelly to make 100 sandwiches.
Potato Chips (large bags) we will serve 300 people.
Desserts (cookies or brownies) we will serve 300 people.

FOOTHILLS DISTRICT LAITY CLASSES

Any laity are invited. The district want to create an opportunity for the lay leadership from different congregations to sharpen each other as leaders. Discussion will include several principles from the book "It" by Craig Groeschel as well as the critical nature of the relationship between the pastor and the lay leadership of the local church.

Teresa Lauer had a wonderful time in Honduras serving others. She was able to distribute items from one of the containers that were shipped to Honduras from Morgan County. It was a joy to see the project go full circle.

REMINDER

Sunday the 17Th after Church we need your help in making some changes in the sanctuary. We would like to rearrange the pews as part of our continuing effort in making our Church more handicap accessible. Rearranging the pews would provide easier access for anyone in a wheel chair and also allow access to the restrooms and annex during the Church service without the need to go outside. Soup and sandwiches will be provided for anyone who can stay and help or just watch!
